FOR CONCERNS THAT APPLY TO ACADEMIC DIVISION STAFF

If you have a question or concern about a University policy, program, or initiative that impacts staff in the academic division, please complete our feedback form.

You will need to go through Netbadge to access this form so that we can ensure it is used for its intended purpose of collecting feedback from UVA staff. Once you've gone through Netbadge and reached our form, you will have the option to provide your contact information to Staff Senate if you would like. Our form does not require you to identify yourself if you prefer not to.
