We invite you to be part of a UVA Faculty and Staff Constructive Dialogue Cohort — a space for faculty and staff to explore different perspectives, strengthen communication skills, and cultivate a culture of respect and collaboration.
Key Logistics
Cohort members will complete the Constructive Dialogue Institute’s online course Perspectives and participate in three in-person sessions from 12 – 1:15 PM on November 5th, 19th, and December 3rd, 2025 in Ridley Hall RM 302.
